Popolizio, a graduate of Springfield College is the owner/founder of the Journeymen Wrestling Club, as well as one of the leading producers for the Spataro Insurance Agency. And for the past several years, the current Head Assistant Coach at Shenendehowa High School has combined his dedication to wrestling with a knack for business in founding and organizing two of the premier early season collegiate events in the country, the Journeymen/Worldwide Sprawl & Brawl, and the Journeymen/Brute Northeast Collegiate Duals.

One wrestler who is quickly putting to bed any notion that DIII athletes are inferior to their DI counterparts is SUNY-Cortland senior, Paul LeBlanc. The Captain of the Red Dragons is a three time NCAA Qualifier, a two time All-American (4th in 2006 @141; 7th in 2008 @149), the 2006 NYS Collegiate tournament Champion (runner-up in 2008), and according to Coach Brad Bruhn, is on pace to break every school record…To top it all off, he is also a true student athlete, carrying a 3.2 GPA as Physical Education major.
