Harvard captain and Oxford, NY native JP O'Connor won the Brute Binghamton Open with an OT decision over defending National champion Jordan Leen from Cornell. O'Connor staked a claim for the top spot at 157. Prior to becoming a 2x All American for the Crimson, O'Connor won 4 NYS titles.

| WANTED - Thursday, October 02, 2008DeRuyter Middle School is attempting to start a wrestling program and needs the use of a mat this year from January to March. They would start by fielding a modified team with the goal of eventually moving to instating a Varsity squad.
